The whole training program is conceptualized and conducted with a holistic approach integrating the holy trinity of the body, mind and soul; physical transformation with military regimental equipment-free training techniques, where every single part of the musculo-skeletal structure is stimulated, stretched, contracted and challenged with regulated breathing, thus addressing it in totality for high levels of endurance and resilience. Fitness Mind & Spirit The objectives of these exercises being along with strength, stamina, tone and conditioning on the outside gross level, there is also transcendence and metamorphosis at the subtle level to deliver a superfine human being. Psychotherapy Grooming These metamorphosing therapies are aimed at making the participants physically and mentally fit, courageous to tackle mobs and high stress situations and develop the ability to assess and meet them with appropriate spontaneous and intuitive response. The main advantage however is development into proactive nature, which would be suitable for taking charge in case of untoward eventualities. Meherzad Marker was rejected 4 times when he applied for the post of flight-attendant at JET AIRWAYS. After a rigorous diet and work-out schedule at Mickey Mehta's 360* Gym under the eagle's eye of Mickey Mehta, he shed 16 kilos in 40 days & bagged the job. He worked out twice a day for 3 hours in the morning & 3 hours every evening. His work-outs included a cardio regime supplemented by yoga & pranayam. He spent 45 minutes each on the thread-mill & the cross-trainer followed by abdominal crunches and stretches. He went totally salt-free for the first 30 days of his diet. For the first 4 days he had vegetable juices (tomato + dudhi + methi + palak)This was followed with 1 day of fruits (3-4 oranges or 1 pine-apple) The next day he had 10 glasses of warm water with honey and lime. This cycle was followed for 3 weeks.
ANITHA - I am flying with Jet Airways since 1998. Over the years I started gaining weight. I used to work out regularly but it did not help me lose much weight. I met up with Mickey Mehta. He asked me to follow a diet whereby I lost 8 kgs in 40 days. For the 1st week I started my day with a cup of green tea followed by fruits. I was allowed to eat any fruit in any amounts. Then I started having 1 meal a day which would comprise of any vegetables cooked without any oil and dal. He advised me what to eat on flights.
