I truly and firmly believe in the word “Hope”. This is one mental exercise that gives us the required strength to bring body, mind and spirit in sync. Hope brings cheer and this is a valuable catalytic force to spread positivity. In this period of global unrest and turbulence, it is required to be in perfect mental equilibrium, stay calm and positive. To bring about a positive metamorphosis, my advise is to send good wishes to people, make good resolves, do not harbor hatred and enjoy spiritual cleansing by practicing forgiveness and kindness.

Spare a little time for some deep breathing exercises, yoga and meditation to help you stay evolved and integrated. All these factors contribute towards experiencing supreme bliss and they help to liberate the positive energy from within. Meditation, breathing and prayers are the three most important prerequisites for good health. All you need is good and positive intentions to make the most of every moment of your life and to calm your internal system.
