I am very content with the way the contestants of Indian Idol 2008 are shaping up not just physically but also in their overall attitude to life. I see a strong sense of belonging   and togetherness. They seem to have bonded well. They want to be fulfilled as artists, to support one another and they encourage others in their group to come up. There is no feeling of jealousy or insecurity. Training is all about an attitude to life. Enjoy the process and don’t be  attached to the outcome. Their efforts and enthusiasm in doing regular exercises, yoga and meditation are really bearing fruits and is evident in their general demeanor. Sincerity and devotion are two important traits required for an artist. To increase their performance level and flow of creativity I gave them workouts like calisthenics, agility drills, yoga and pranayam. Exercise works wonders to your whole being bringing totality and psychological cleansing. My advice to them is to inculcate good habits and take charge of oneself. I like to transform people and refine them. It’s a mind, body, soul integration.
