When I feel the need to unwind or feel calm I meditate and pray. Very often I stay silent in retrospection. This gives me a chance to reflect and de-stress myself. I do my postures or asanas regularly-a sure fire method to bring harmony to ones skeletal and muscular wellness. (more…)

Keeping in tandem with my concept towards holistic wellness my concern towards my clients goes beyond the realm of physical fitness. Good health is not merely physical fitness. Mental health plays a pivotal role too. In order to help them achieve transformation from their grass root levels I spend time with them talking and counseling.
