Keeping in tandem with my concept towards holistic wellness my concern towards my clients goes beyond the realm of physical fitness. Good health is not merely physical fitness. Mental health plays a pivotal role too. In order to help them achieve transformation from their grass root levels I spend time with them talking and counseling.
The catharsis that the client under goes help to groom his or her mind. When the mind is brought to health it can express itself effectively. I like to bring about a positive metamorphosis. Of course, this involves awareness and consciousness. I want to encourage people to pay attention to all round development.
My ideologies and philosophies are influenced by yoga, meditation, Zen and the Vedas. I apply these to inspire them achieve a better lifestyle. It is the willingness to seek help that opens up various avenues of support. It works towards de-stressing yourself. Proper breathing and meditation sessions contribute tremendously to experience peace within and help to connect with one’s inner self. The idea is to understand what works best for you.
