I wish Kiran a speedy recovery from her lung infection. For her lung infection she should incorporate a lot of breathing disciplines to expedite her restoration and to speed up the normalcy of the lungs. Take a cue from this-readers- that if you are regular at your exercises with conscious breathing practices one can do without problems like lack of stamina, infections (as your immunity will be much better) or other health issues. I was traveling to Kutch last week to participate in a fund raising ceremony for the upliftment of the poor and the needy and sitting next to me was this gentleman, Mr Dinesh Trivedi of Trinamool Congress (minister of state for health and family welfare).
