Your breath is your life force /vital energy and is the most important component of ones life. 15 to 20 minutes of pranayam is a must for me daily. This is the essential life force that connects to all aspects of life. Oxygen is the vital element of breath and what makes earth a live planet. Prana signifies the breath of life. This is connected to our vitality and rejuvenation and keeps us in perfect balance. Breath is a powerful medium through which you exhale all the psychological toxins and bring in tranquility and harmony. Therefore I recommend breathing exercises and pranayama daily. Just breathe in and breathe out. With each breath in you inhale joy, hope, strength and exhale all your anxieties, negativity and exhaustion. I follow this mental application. Regular, conscious breathing empowers your nervous system, heart lung function and your digestive system. Your rest and sleep also improve. When I am training my clients this is what I try to inculcate in them. Go inwards and bring out the infinite beauty, grace and health from within. In pranayam you get connected with the totality.

Last, but not the least, you must sit or lie down with eyes shut connecting with the center of one’s being. This meditative state helps to get rid of anxieties, fears, phobias, paranoia, emotional trauma, stress and leads to youthfulness and for me this is the right   route to anti-ageing.
