Have been making a conscious effort to reach home early in the evenings- happened to watch a few reality programs on TV and was quite touched to see our stars promoting their charity trusts and foundations.

Salman Khan is seen across channels and news papers promoting his foundations through his personal appearances. His most awaited movie ‘Wanted” has been raising a lot of curiosity and is intriguing the audience. His social awareness campaign built around the title is simply great!

The other program that caught my interest was Farah Khan’s show ‘Tere Mere Beech mein’. Happened to see Priyanka Chopra’s episode. My old friend Priyanka has now finally arrived as the new super star! She rightfully deserves the crown after her last few films that have done well. Hers was a thought provoking and soul stirring performance in the movie ‘Fashion” Coming back to the show, the concept and format of the program is unique. Brings out the human angle, charity angle and helps to connect with people.
It was touching to see how our super stars care for their make up artists. It was heartening to see SRK and Kareena Kapoor express their gratitude and appreciation. Wow! You are truly caring!
