Hi, folks!
I have started the Pantaloon’s Femina Miss India 2010 training sessions. I have had a good 13 year old association with Femina Miss India training. Currently I am in Hyderabad doing the regional round after which I will be in Calcutta, Delhi, Mumbai etc.
Training sessions include lots of breathing to de-stress and empower them with energy, confidence and creativity. I am giving them pointers to maintain holistic health with lots of meditation to de-clutter the mind from daily chores and tensions to a liberated state of consciousness. Sessions include yoga, Pilates, pranayam, calisthenics and agility drills.
Loads of healthy, wholesome eating which includes fruits, sprouts, veggies, salads, veggie juices, dry fruits, nuts, jowar rotis, brown rice, green teas etc with warm water.
For me, this whole exercise is a body-mind-soul connect. I like to look into areas like self esteem, focus, constructive attitude, thoughts and behavior. I want them to be alert, sharpen their memory and focus on winning. In addition to a perfect 10 body, their performances too need honing for poise, stamina and mental strength. There’s lots of positive visualization to experience joy and happiness. I really want them to get rid of their inhibitions/ phobia etc and open out completely to liberate themselves of all baggage and blossom out.
All this is an exercise to expand their consciousness and understand that they are not merely competing but participating with involvement.
