“I truly come alive when I personally do consultations or train or be a life coach to my clients. Sometimes I think I am gifted with the healing touch. and would like to exploit it to the hilt. For the whole of last year I have been training a family who are the promoters of Arshiya International. Highlight of the whole training was Ananya Mittal who turned 18 last year and could rarely run a km finished 21 kms in the marathon that got over last week. And he has lost a whopping 30 kgs in a year.I normally impart a lot of knowledge, experience and wisdom, but this boy’s diligence, sincerity, single mindedness and dedication has actually taught me a few things. HI there,I love it the way u solve people’s queries.and u feel happy bout it too.
Im a fan of ur group on FB and follow u on twitter too.
My problem area is stomach and hips. i’m thin from all over i do callanetics twice a week and yoga twice a week. I feel my body is well toned.. but the problem area still persist. and i’m a healthy eater too. ne tips for me???
i’m 5′4″ and weigh 63kgs. married but no kids by choice.

Sir i am a computer prof. from rajasthan.
I am not eating any thing beside 2 times 4 wheat chapaties ,home made dal or veg., 2 cup tea .
but i felt i am eating more
my waist is 43 and wight is 100 kg
i am only 32 years old
fat is only at my stomach area
where my other parts are thin…
give some suggestions
