Diet During Miss India, East Region Training Sessions

I was in Kolkata last week to address the Miss India, East region training sessions. The girls are working hard and are bright and educated lot. As I did in Hyderabad last month, their training too includes lots of breathing exercises and meditation to de-stress and de-clutter their mind from their daily worries and tensions. There’s yoga, pranayam, calisthenics and agility drills and a healthy diet.
The diet given to them is as follows:
MORNING:
- Green tea with ginger, crushed black pepper, cloves and cinnamon (the crushed pepper, clove and cinnamon must be very minimum)
- ½ swee tlime (moosambi) before work out
- Unstrained and unrefined orange juice immediately after work out.
BREAKFAST:
- Oats with little jaggery
- Nestle slim milk and nuts (almonds/ walnuts/dry figs/dates…very few dry figs and dates)
12:00pm:
- Vegetable juice of lauki or bottle gourd + spinach + tomato + carrot + beetroot (less of carrots and beet)
LUNCH:
- Brown rice + dal + vegetables + salad
- Alternate days: Jowar roti + veg + dal + salad
EVENING:
- Vegetable juice + 1 orange or sweet lime (whole)
DINNER:
- Choice of seasonal Indian vegetables + Chinese stir fried vegetables + a bowl of thick soup (cauliflower, carrot, cabbage, spinach, lauki and other mixed vegetables)
- 1 slice of papaya. (This may be supplemented with more fruits, nuts or dry fruits).
NOTE: This is followed under tight supervision and must not be followed by anybody unless monitored by a competent authority.

lol a lot of of the opinions individuals write are so silly, many a time i ponder whether they honestly read the weblog posts and threads before leaving a comment or whether or not they simply read over the title of the article and prepare the initial thought that pops into their brain. at any rate, it is relaxing to browse smart commentary now and then in contrast to the identical posts that i ordinarily observe on the net
