Just because I do not agree with what you say, it does not mean I will not defend your right to say it.

But for the freedom of speech we would all have been silent and dull robots, without a mind of our own or a thought to our name, contributing directly to our extinction. Luckily most of us live in a world where we are allowed to express our thoughts. Unfortunately, some misuse it for their personal greed and glory. These are the ones who violently demand freedom of speech to cover their lack of any commendable thought. Shun such people but not the nobility of everyone’s right to the freedom of speech and expression. Media has become a boon as well as a bane. Embrace the boon, shun the bane.

We are human precisely because we can speak and express our thoughts. The very reason we are a successful species is because we think, say and do what we like, rather than think, say and do what we are forced to.

I salute to all those people who toil day and night to give us the raw material around which we fashion or own opinions, based on which we are able to delve into new schools of thought.
