World No Tobacco Day

Tobacco a filthy, heart-adversary, tumor-causing, teeth-staining, smelly, life-taking weed is the worst stuff you may take, but may not live to tell the story.
Today we observe World No Tobacco Day, to remind us of the peril and negative health effects of smoking and at least for today encouraging abstinence from all forms of tobacco consumption across the globe. Thousands of people all over the world stop smoking everyday; for thousands of people die every day, because of smoking. It is a fairly sure, fairly honorable form of suicide. The cigarette causes the smoke, you are just a sucker. The World Health Organization has declared the use of tobacco as one of the biggest public health threats, and believes that it is the number one preventable cause of disability and death. It is so potent that it is a risk factor for six out of eight of the leading causes of death in the world, such as cardiovascular disease, lung diseases, and various cancers.
I say please avoid it. I feel sorry at the sight of a pipe in someone’s hand; with fire on one side and a fool on another. Forcing smoke down your unsuspecting lungs is raping them. After that, it enters and attacks the whole body without its consent and against its will. I think it is total atrocity, and should be stopped at any cost.
Let today be the first day of your new, smoke-free life to begin.
