		<description>i hv pain and stiffness at lower back(lumber).may b i had surgery in 2003(hictotomy).i m 53/f.
 i hv started walking and xercise in evening for 15 minutes.some time also feel pain in knee.my wt is 73kgs/ht 5 feet.so should i continue xrcise or not?plz rpl</description>

		<description>I have lowback problem-medical term(canal stenosis).I have been practising these few asanas which have proven very benefical for me-Janusirasana,Paschimotanasana,Matsyendreasana,Suptavajrasana,Bhujangasana,Markatasana,Danurasana,Halasana,Sarvangasana and few more hamstring stretches.Folks with same problem can check it out.</description>
