When your Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) level is higher than 110mg. %, you have a disorder called Diabetes Mellitus. Normal FBS levels are between 80-110-mg. %. One hour after meals the sugar level should not be more than 190mg. % and, three hours after meals, should be once again less than 110 mg. %. (more…)
