I was in Kolkata last week to address the Miss India, East region training sessions. The girls are working hard and are bright and educated lot. As I did in Hyderabad last month, their training too includes lots of breathing exercises and meditation to de-stress and de-clutter their mind from their daily worries and tensions. There’s yoga, pranayam, calisthenics and agility drills and a healthy diet. (more…)

Keeping in tandem with my concept towards holistic wellness my concern towards my clients goes beyond the realm of physical fitness. Good health is not merely physical fitness. Mental health plays a pivotal role too. In order to help them achieve transformation from their grass root levels I spend time with them talking and counseling.
