Sifting through my book-shelf, my eyes caught something intriguing and interesting. A book laid there all silent, waiting for someone to break its long period of exile. Moist and losing its strength over the ages, the cover read aloud “Great Expectations”. No wonder everyone must have either read the book or watched the film based on Charles Dickens’ Great Expectations. However, all through the ages the book serves the same message of love, humanity, brotherhood and optimism.

Hello friends! Hope you all are having a day filled with positivity. Waste no time in spreading the happiness in your life with others around you. So, while talking to a friend the other day, I couldn’t help but notice that he had lost a considerable amount of weight in a short period of time. He told me he indeed had lost weight and it was all due to a book he had read and followed its principles sincerely. This made me do my personal research of the book, which was called Eat To Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman.
