BREAST FEEDING
Ideally breast milk is the only thing, only feed that the baby should have till it is 3 months old; under normal circumstances. The new mom feels awkward in the beginning but the baby and mom both get the idea soon and get into a rhythm for feeding times.
LOSING WEIGHT AFTER DELIVERY!
