It may sound a little funny to perform an exercise while on the air-plane but it is really effective if you will give it a try. The long hours of travel is the best time to do something that can boost your energy and will keep you fit. But doing it in the plane may catch the attention of your fellow travelers, right? Ah, not really if you’ll do it in a subtle way.

The problem is not just in Metro cities and not just because of junk food. Yes junk food is one of the major factors leading to childhood and adult obesity but the other important thing is lack of activity!

Flabby arms can be pretty embarrassing especially after you lose substantial weight and the skin hangs like batwings!
