Hello friends! Hope you all are enjoying the weather, whilst feeling and staying fit. I met an old friend the other day and couldn’t help but notice that he had piled on quite a few kilos. He blamed the weather for it, as it was the cozy and chilled weather, that made him lazy and not wanting to go for his morning walks. While the reason is genuine enough, I personally feel we should never stop staying fit, no matter what gets in the way. So, here are a few tips that always get me going and help me to work out and stay fit, despite being in a stressful state of mind. Hope it works for you guys as well:
