We abuse our body with ingestion of ready to eat foods, processed
foods prepared with added chemicals, colors and artificial flavors
in the foods disturb our digestive system which later affects the
absorption of nutrients leading to gradual collapses of physiological
health such as colon cancer. Poor digestion increases the toxin levels
in our body. The health could suffer from innumerable problems to
begin with constipation, headaches, backaches, irritable bowel syndrome,
distended abdomen, bad breath, difficulty in losing weight, hypertension,
skin problems to colon cancers and so on. To detox and cleanse the
body of toxins one needs to follow a very special diet that gradually
cleanses the body and also revitalizes and nourishes it with adequate
nutrients. This will help the bodily systems to synchronize with the
other bodily systems. This would lead to rejuvenation of physiological
health. This will enhance your psychological and emotional health
too.
Serious observations show that there are two complimentary processes
that go on in the human body nourishing and cleansing
if we do not regulate them with proper dietary habits the body gradually
builds up toxins. Therefore one needs to detoxify and cleanse the
whole system, since sweets, chocolates and alcohol have abused your
bodies.
A plan of 4 weeks to detoxify your body would consist of exercise,
healthy foods with partial and complete fast with fruits and vegetable
juices to cleanse the whole system.
The vital fluid diets observed in this plan would help in purifying
the body by neutralizing toxins. It replenishes the body with vitamins
and minerals. Thus it would cleanse and rejuvenate the body with vigor,
strength and a sense of wellness in true sense.

on the rest of the days of the week.
THIRD WEEK plan would include partial and a complete fast where
one would go on a vital fluid diet.
One would follow a partial fast on the second day and sixth day of
the week. The fourth day would be watched as a complete fast (a day
with vital fluid diets and fruit juices only)
On a complete fast day consume vegetable juices at breakfast, lunch
and dinnertime.
