By training and culturing the Miss India 2003 contestants, Mickey Mehta has completed a ten-year mutually satisfying association with the brand. When he first started his association he was a one-man team concentrating primarily on fitness in terms of catering to the contestants and their needs.

Over the years he has diversified and expanded into integrated multi-dimensional wellness systems addressing physical, physiological, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions. Under the expert & personal guidance of Mickey Mehta, Tania Vakil has made it to the Top 4 of this year's Femina Miss India contest. He devised a diet & exercise / yoga programme for her which helped her knock off the few extra kilos within no time. The entire programme was based on holistic principles with adequate spiritual guidance. This boosted her self-confidence and the glow on her face says it all. She is all set to take on the world.

MMHBF covers physical fitness, mental well-being, nutrition, grooming and psychotherapy and developing spiritual awareness and consciousness.

The whole training program is conceptualized and conducted with a holistic approach integrating the holy trinity of the body, mind and soul; physical transformation with military regimental equipment-free training techniques, where every single part of the musculo-skeletal structure is stimulated, stretched, contracted and challenged with regulated breathing, thus addressing it in totality.

Saatvic pattern of food classification (Vegan diet - pure vegetarian wholesome diet without dairy products, eggs and free of processed, refined & preserved food)

Six portions of 'Magic Potions' constituting all six ayurvedic tastes for holistic stimulation with healing properties.

Bed Refreshments
2 glasses of fresh citric juice, unstrained, un refrigerated for cleansing, detoxifying and energy release for morning workouts.

Breakfast
Chopped fresh fruits.
Assorted nuts (walnut, pine-nut & almond)
Dry fruits (dates, figs, apricots, etc.) for high energy, vitality and sustenance.

In-between snack
2 glasses of vegetable juice comprising tomato, bottle gourd & spinach to facilitate cleansing and detoxifying
1 bowl mixed sprouts for vitality, muscle growth and tissue repair.

Lunch
Undressed assorted salad for high fibre
1 vegetable cooked in olive oil (no potatoes) with minimum seasoning.
1 sprouted pulse cooked in similar style.
Jowar / bajra rotis OR unpolished brown rice.
Whole fresh fruits like figs, apple, papaya, banana, grapes, etc. for those who sometimes want to skip meals and just have fruits.

This aspect comprises warm-ups, agility and flexibility drills, calisthenics, boot-camp workouts, therapeutic yoga, swimming, aqua aerobics, self-defense techniques to combat eve-teasing and frenzied mob management.

Mind & Spirit
Various types of meditation and prayers to delve deep inside and realize the spiritual being inside for bringing out a soft, sensitive, compassionate, benevolent and philanthropic personality, which is true inner beauty enhancement and heightening of perceptions.

The true Femina Miss India "Woman of Substance" has the quality of sharing and caring with integrity with a sense of comradeship and sisterhood, thereby bringing out the inner beauty. During the 40 day training period Hemant Trivedi trained the girls to walk, Cory Walia taught make up, TV personality Sabira Merchant conducted a few sessions on how to hold the microphone and how to protect one's voice. Anjali Mukerjee was the official dietician but Diana also worked with Mickey Mehta as her personal trainer whose regimen helped her lose 8 kgs in 20 days.
