The whole Program is focused towards developing a graceful open attitude, creative thought process and productive behavioral pattern. The training will encompass processes involved in increasing confidence, self esteem, perseverance, tolerance, physical endurance, increasing focus, memory and attention span. This will also result in improved alertness, responses, reflexes, co-ordinating abilities, overall equilibrium with enhanced stamina, strength and a ‘Perfect 10’ Body.  The nutrition and dietary guidelines will be of a kind, which will bring about the 5 dimensions of wellnes.

This will ultimately transform a person from grassroots level to an extraordinary, vibrant, radiant and an integrated wholesome individual Programme

Their days will start with 2 glasses of unstrained fresh vegetable juices, followed with wholesome natural breakfast of fresh fruits and nuts, followed with mid afternoon snacks like sprouts and fruit juices. Lunch comprising of vegan salads, soups, oil-free sabzi with bajra or jawar rotis . Evening snack would comprise of fresh assorted fruits and coconut water. Dinner to be wrapped up by half past 7 comprising of vegetable soup, stir fried beans, sprouts and vegetables, etc and a bowl full of salad. The dietary pattern is that of Saatvik (vedic) type or as popularly known as ‘Vegan’ in the western world. This diet was also incorporated for the first time for the Ponds Femina Miss India 2005 by the undersigned.

Day 1

Starts with a meditation for a mental preparedness to go through a strainful day under time frames. Physical warm ups. Agility drills. Exercises for strength, stamina and tone at Beginners Level. Wind up with a candle light meditation for spiritual empowerment to bring about dynamism and increase focus and attention span. Day 2

Starts with a meditation of introspection to garner more courage and weed out drawbacks and weakness of any kind whatsoever. Then general warm ups followed with yoga postures to strengthen and tone the core strength of the body establishing equilibrium. Free Hand boot camp drill (US Marine kind) for physical resilience and tenacity. Followed with abdominal toning, followed with a prayer for establishing a sense of camaraderie and bonding amongst the participants. This would be a little more intense than the first.

 
Day 3

Intensity steps up and the range and variety of the activity with repetitions will now increase gradually. Start with a prayer meditation (attitude for gratitude). Then free hand cardio vascular
bouncing drills for empowering the lungs, improving blood circulation and building strong defense and immune mechanism through lymphatic stimulation.
A Pilates training to address the entire body in totality for muscle tone improve co ordination and alleviating stiffness, giving rise to uniform flow of energy. Winding up with a meditation of fragrances of either flowers or fruits to soothe the psychological or emotional upsets
.


Day 4

Starts with spot jogging. Then flexibility exercises to enhance their stage performing abilities. Hardcore abdominal workouts for contouring the abs. Strength training using their own body weight to improve overall strength and stamina also needed for an exemplary stage performance. Pranayama for specific vocal cord enhancements to improve the quality of voice, modulation, octave high (pitching) and also to strengthen the immunity against throat infections.

 
Day 5

Starts with Suryanamaskars and other vital postures to correct body postures and grace towards a smart body language. Then free hand dynamic tension and isometric exercises to improve muscle tone and strength. Followed with creative guided visualization in meditation.

 
Day 6

Starts with specific meditation exercises for detoxifying psychological garbage such as anxiety, fears, phobias, insecurities, etc. and also emotional balancing meditation to weed out resentments, detests, despites, hatred, etc. This will liberate them and instill qualities of finer human beings. Followed with exercises from head to toe of the military regime kind to bring about toughness. Mix of bunny hops, duck walks, forearm push-ups and crawls, single bar pull ups, etc. Then meditation for composing oneself and getting centered.

 
Day 7

Starts with stretching and bending exercises followed with yoga and Pilate’s postures for posture correction and improve body language. Followed with yoga breathing to improve the lungpower for the singing prowess and also to dispel germs and bacteria from the throat. Followed with hot water and salt gargles. Meditation for improved sense of wholeness for increased confidence and enhancing performance levels.

 
Day 8

Starts with exercises in partners making it very re-creative with adding gaming and competitive angle to it, like wheelbarrow, carrying the partner on the shoulders and squatting, etc. Followed with laughter and screaming therapy to remove all the kinds of pentad emotions and stress and liberating energy for high levels of involvement with focus.

The Psychological, Emotional and Spiritual Disciplines are focused at bringing about a high sense of commitment making them transform at the gross levels, transcend at the subtle levels, making them super fine human beings with a sense of benevolence, caring , sharing and compassion by being non judgmental after having transcend the subject object duality.

 

This program will be repeated 3 times to fulfill the 24-day schedule requirement
